Tenders Description & Specification for Convection Drying Educational Lab Equipment Hydrodynamics Experiment Apparatus
Convection Drying Educational Lab Equipment Hydrodynamics Experiment Apparatus
Convection drying is a drying method that uses hot gas as a heat source to remove steam generated by wet materials during the drying process of wet materials. It is generally called convection drying. Convection dryers are commonly used for solids drying in food technology. The air flow heats the solids while removing the released moisture. The air speed can be adjusted by the speed of the fan. Adjustable heater allows air heating. Through the transparent door, the drying process can be observed in the drying tunnel. Digital balances can be used to track changes in the weight of solids caused by water evaporation during operation. Air temperature and air relative humidity are measured and displayed by a single temperature and humidity sensor before and after the airflow passes through the solid. Another sensor measures the air speed. It is the most widely used drying method. This device can be used to study and demonstrate the convection process. There are four corrosion-resistant removable plates for drying solids and they are placed in the drying tunnel. The plate containing the solid to be dried is exposed to the air flow in the channel.

The transparent observation window can easily observe the progress of the experiment.
The metal frame is corrosion-resistant and can be easily moved.
